Achievements
2020
In calendar year 2020 before Covid-19 interrupted our season We held the most registrations in the clubs history with 38 Teams Registered in the SSNA club competition
2018/2019
With the support of Georges River Council and Mark Coure MP we were able to secure Funding in excess of $1m to complete a new amenities block, club storage area and second hard court With tiered seating for spectators. Providing a much safer and more convenient space For club members and the community at large
2020/2021
At the conclusion of season 2020 which had been severely affected by Covid-19 The CPNC #SummerSeries was introduced At a cost of $100 or FREE when using an Active Kids Voucher, we have been able to Provide 10 weeks of training and skills and fun over the summer season with appearances From Current Suncorp Super Netball Players, Former Australian Diamonds, Current sub elite Netballers from the Sutherland Stingrays and Accredited Elite Level coaches.
2021
We are about to unveil a new club uniform for the first time in over 10 years The uniform will cater for all players with a view to ensure we are an encouraging, Inclusive and innovative community organisation with options to enhance our ability to Ensure our players are comfortable and confident in the playing outfit. we are proud To be the first club in the district to cater for members with varied religious customs As well as recognising and honouring the traditional owners of our area.
2019
This season saw Connells Point Netball Club come of age in the Sutherland competition After joining in 2008 with our best graded team in A Reserve in just a single age group 2019 saw Connells Point represented in A grade in every single age group and by the Finals series we were equal first in representation during the post season matches. A true achievement in such a competitive environment.
