Saturday – Junior Mixed competition – this competition has been set up to accommodate Boys playing netball after they have turned 14. Ages for this competition are 11 year olds to 16 year olds.

Registrations are open for season 2025.
We have some exciting things happening this year. Due to the courts not being available to us in December or January we have not been able to bring you the clinics we promised during that time. We are going to make February full of netball.
A calendar will come out shortly.
Back to registrations, there are so many different competitions this year, SSNA is really trying to cater to all. I will explain them below
Saturday – normal competition for juniors and seniors – difference this year is each age group will be on a rotating basis (going back to years ago) Juniors will rotate over 4 time slots 8am, 9:15am, 10:30 and 11:45am Seniors will be rotating over 1:00pm, 2:15pm and 3:30pm
The rules for this competition are as per mixed netball rules (1 male players in each section of the court and only 3 male players per team)
If a player wishes to play in this competition as well as their Saturday competition they are able to BUT THEY MUST REGISTER TWICE. The 2nd registration will be a lower amount, and players will not be charged the All Australia and NNSW amounts. Everything else will be the same and this competition will ONLY play at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. So all junior players can take part if they wish too.
Friday Night – Mixed competitions junior and senior 10 years old to open age
will be run after the modified games on a Friday night and will be run like any mixed comp with 3 boys on the court at any one time.
8 and 9 year olds Friday night This will be conducted like last year on a Friday afternoon. If you want your child is 8 or 9 and is unable to play on a Friday night they are able to register for the Saturday competition HOWEVER you must register them via the link for the 10 to 99 year old age group on a Saturday even if they are only 8/9.
All the above competitions are run as separate competitions by Netball NSW so there can not be any crossover and the players must register in the competitions they wish to play in 8 and 9 can play on both Friday and Saturday but there will be the extra cost.
All players that register with All Australia, Netball NSW that are playing in metro league, premier league and at any other association you will only pay that amount once. SSNA and Connells Point portions of the registration’s fees will still need to be paid.
If you wish to register as a team please make sure you have a coach and a manager, Connells Point will supply and pay the umpire each week, and you will need to book the courts at Poulton Park for training. As a team you must turn up for grading so that you can be graded in the correct position in the age group. You are only able to register a team if you are not competing in A Grade.

Coaches, Managers and any volunteers are able to register this year for no cost and can do so by using any of the links. Coaches over the age of 16 MUST this year have a working with children number, I would like to suggest that you apply for this before you register as a coach, as we will require a copy of it.
As you will see when you register there are numerous ways to pay, paypal, credit/debit card, google and apple pay as well as after pay. Please let us know if you have issues paying for registration.
